What if I can't make one of the calls?
The training calls are all recorded and yours to keep, so you'll never miss the learning. The hot seats are live only, so I'd encourage you to come to those, that's where we work on your actual business. But life happens, and the recordings mean you're never left behind.
How much time will it take?
There's the calls, a session every two weeks, and two in person days across the 6 months. Beyond that, there's work to do, because we're building your ecosystem for real, not just talking about it. How much will depend on where you're starting from and how fast you want to move.

Where are the in person days?
Both in person days are in Birmingham, easy to reach and central. Exact dates and the venue will be confirmed with plenty of notice so you can plan around them. They run 10am to 4pm with lunch included, and they're often where the biggest shifts happen, there's nothing quite like being in the room, working on it together.
