How many people are in The SCALE Mastermind?

The SCALE Mastermind is deliberately small and intimate. Numbers are kept limited to ensure every member gets proper attention, proper time, and a genuine sense of being known and supported. This is not a room where you get lost in the crowd. The maximum number will be 15.

When does The SCALE Mastermind start?

New members join on a rolling basis subject to availability and application approval. Once your application is reviewed Emma will be in touch to arrange your Simply Clarity Call and confirm your start date.

What if I miss a group call?

The hotseat calls are not recorded to protect the candid and confidential nature of the conversations. However they run bi-weekly so you will have plenty of opportunities to join us over the 6mths. The community and your monthly 1-2-1 with Emma are always there in between.

What happens after 6 months?

Many members choose to continue for another year. Emma will have a conversation with every member toward the end of their 6 months about what the right next step looks like for them. There is never any pressure but there is always a clear path forward.

I have invested in masterminds before and not got the results I wanted. How is this different?

That is the most important question you could ask. The SCALE Mastermind is different for three specific reasons. It is small so you are never invisible. You get monthly 1-2-1 time with Emma so your specific business gets proper attention every single month.
