I'm a Business Growth Strategist who helps established business owners cut through the noise, make the money they know they are capable of, and build a business that feels as good as it looks.

I built a 7-figure business that looked like success from the outside and nearly destroyed me from the inside. So I walked away, rebuilt from scratch, and designed something completely different. A business built around simplicity, profitability, and a life I actually wanted.

I am the author of a number one bestselling book, host of the Simple Business Dream Life podcast, and creator of the SIMPLE SCALE framework.

The Dream Retreat was born from everything I learned on that journey. Because I know what it feels like when your business has taken over your life and you have lost sight of why you started. And I know how powerful it is to step away, breathe, and reconnect with what actually matters.

A Note from Your Host...

I built a business that looked like success from the outside and was quietly running me into the ground. I know exactly what it feels like to be so busy holding it all together that you forget why you started, and to be too deep in the doing to hear your own thoughts anymore.

What changed everything for me wasn't pushing harder. It was giving myself permission to stop. To step back, breathe, and reconnect with what I actually wanted. That's the whole reason this retreat exists.

The Dream Retreat is the space I wish I'd had back then. A place to drop the noise, reconnect with your vision, and find your clarity again, surrounded by good food, genuine people, and a ridiculous amount of laughter.

Frequently Asked Questions

Question 1: What are the timings?

You arrive at the venue at 10am on Tuesday 8th September and will leave at around 2pm on Thursday 10th September 2026.

Question 2: What food & drinks are provided?

All meals and non alcoholic drinks will be provided for the duration of your stay. Allergies and dietary requirements will be catered for. If you prefer to bring your own food or drink along then you are very welcome to do so.

Question 3: How many people will be there?

The maximum occupancy for the house is 20. This would assume 5 x people book a twin room to share which is unlikely so I expect it to be more like 10-12 people.

Question 4: Do all the rooms have en-suite bathrooms?

No...there are 6 bathrooms between 10 bedrooms...I will allocate rooms on a first come first served basis so the sooner you book the more likely you will have an en-suite.

Question 5: Will I be allocated a double or twin room?

I will allocate rooms on a first come first served basis so the sooner you book the more likely you will have the option. If you book a shared room and require a double room please email me at [email protected] and I am happy to allocate one for you (subject to availability) otherwise shared rooms are allocated twin rooms.

Question 6: Inclusion & Accessibility

I am fully committed to hosting a retreat that as many people as possible can attend, enjoy and participate in. I want everyone that attends to feel welcome, safe and included and operate a strict no tolerance policy when it comes to any conduct or language that is discriminatory in any way. Anyone behaving in this way will be asked to leave immediately.

Please note: You will be asked if you have any accessibility requirements when you book your room, this is to ensure we make reasonable adjustments to meet your needs so your time with us can be enjoyable and comfortable.

Venue accessibility:

- 3 ground floor bedrooms all with en suites and shower cubicle

- The ground floor does not offer complete level access as there are 2 steps down from the dining area to the corridor leading to the lounges and further bedrooms

- Level Access to the games room from the front of the property

- Beds are flexible and can be made as twins or doubles

- Hypoallergenic bedding throughout

- TV's with subtitles

- Parking is on level access but there are steps down to the rear glassed entrance

- Located in open countryside with beautiful scenery, offering a calm and tranquil setting
